Convenient guest bedroom with Beachy-cool décor and a full bath is located on first level. The master suite with it’s surf-chic design boasts a sizable closet, private full bath and french doors to the balcony. A second upstairs bedroom, perfect as a room for the little ones or as a second suite with bunk beds and a trundle, also features a full private bath. Stretch out on the second level balcony that offers a quiet hideaway with a hammock to get guests into the swing of things accessed by each of the upstairs bedrooms. After hitting the waves, enjoy the convenient enclosed outside shower modestly located off the back entrance. Substantial parking including a private off-street space.
