Seaya is a breathtaking GULF FRONT 5 bedroom, 3-story cottage with water views on every floor! This sprawling beach retreat offers 3 KING master retreats with private baths, spacious designer kitchen with high end appliances throughout, living rooms on every floor with wet bars and breakfast nooks flanking the bedrooms, upscale technology & TVs throughout, and an elevator to help you reach each level with ease.
Just to the left of Seaside's Amavida Coffee Shop. Seaya sits just one cottage back from the beach offering the easiest beach access in Seaside! The first floor boasts 2 bedrooms; one with two sets of bunk beds (sleeps 4) and the other with two double beds (sleeps 4) with new bedding. Each room has it's own private full bathrooms. A sitting room in the middle with flat screen TV separates the two bedrooms.
The second floor offers a spacious living room with another area to watch TV and french doors take you to a sprawling balcony with breathtaking gulf views. Just off the living room is an over-sized gourmet kitchen and dining room. Stainless appliances and a high end range will delight the chef in the family, while the eat-in kitchen has dining space for 10 and bar seating for 3 allowing the whole family to gather for those beach-side dinners. A KING master suite (with new mattress & bedding) is also on the second floor with private bath (shower only). A half bath is also on this level.
Up one more level to the third floor, guests will enjoy a third living room, wet bar/breakfast bar, flat screen TV and decorative fireplace. A 2nd KING master suite (with new mattress & bedding) is on this level with beautiful master bath and designer tub. A 3rd KING master suite (with new mattress& bedding) is also on this level with full bath. Just off the bedrooms is another sprawling balcony with outdoor dining space and lounge seating.
An elevator services all floors of this cottage.
