With a great location on Savannah Street this a 2 bedroom cottage with extra sleeping tower that offers comfort, class, and convenience with it's prime Seaside location only a 4 minute walk to the beach with private Savannah Street pavilion and right next to the Seaside Swim and Tennis Club and Seaside's new Fitness Center.
Coquina's dual master QUEEN bedrooms have been recently updated in Summer 2016 with all new bedding! They both are very spacious with private closets, mounted 32" flat screen HDTV's and each have their own private access to a shared outdoor balcony! These rooms share the one of two full bathrooms with shower only.
Double gallery porches cool you with ceiling fans, rockers, a swing, and Adirondack chairs. The third floor tower offers a 3rd bedroom option complete with brand new daybed with trundle to sleep 2 comfortably- all new bedding as of summer 2016!. The tower is accessible by a normal staircase making this a wonderful additional sleeping space and the best place to enjoy views of Seaside and the Gulf. Open the tower’s French doors, step out onto one of the two decks, and watch the sun set.
On the main level, Coquina offers an open living room with pull-out sofa, 46" flat screen HDTV/Blue Ray, plantation shutters, and additional seating. Also on the first floor is a fully equipped kitchen, dining space with seating for 6, and the second full bathroom with shower only.
Out the back door is an outdoor shower and grill that you can share with guest cottage, Creole.
If you are in need of a little more room, Creole (VRBO 291904), is the 2 bedroom guest cottage right next door.
